About Secondhand Cookbooks
I was a designer for many years. I decided to start Cookbook Village, an online store and other cookbook sites geared towards collectors after years of collecting with my wife. I have literally gone to hundreds of estate sales, flea markets and book stores helping my wife carry and purchase bags full of cookbooks. At some point I realized I looked forward to these shopping days as I too was hooked. Anyway, when our spare bedroom was in danger of being taken over by all of her books, my wife decided I could sell them... thus, Cookbook Village was born. Even though she will no longer get to keep the books, she can vicariously "collect" by finding these treasures for the store.
Secondhand Cookbooks broadens my range of offerings by supplementing my own store with a portal to inventory from other similar stores. I hope you enjoy it.
